I did this exercise for Loving-Kindness in my room and tried very hard to focus and follow the instructions from the book. I found this exercise to be some what difficult for me since I have a bit of ADD and at times have trouble sitting still and concentrating my thoughts. I think this exercise would be beneficial to people to take time to focus on their feelings, especially those positive feelings such as love to create a better emotional state. Making a mental workout can be beneficial to your health as I have learned in these past few weeks and can make a person have more clarity, so I would think this would be beneficial for people to incorporate into their lives or at least try to. I think it is important to not only train our bodies but our minds as well.
